Tennis on the USS Midway - San Diego, CA
Aboard the deck of the USS Midway on Monday July 16, 2012,
two women labeled as “The future of American Tennis” gave a demonstration, prior
to the Mercury Insurance Open tennis tournament at La Costa Resort and Spa in San Diego .
19-year-old Sloane Stephens and 20-year-old Christina McHale played a fun tennis match with a few sailors on a half-sized tennis court. They were playing on Sport Court ’s PowerGame surface.
“It's nice to do with Sloane. It's fun to do something different that we don't do every day.” Said McHale.
PowerGame is the #1 and official modular tile of the USTA.
The court was unique as it was part of The CenterCourt program for 10 and Under Tennis. PowerGame tiles are the safest and highest-performing tennis surface and feature Lateral

Madonna Inn Pink Tennis Courts
Sport Court of Southern California provided more than 14,000 square feet of custom, bright “Madonna” pink and neon blue acrylic tennis surfacing for the Madonna Inn Resort and Spa.
“The tennis courts at The Madonna Inn have been a long time in the making. About 40 years ago, Mr. Madonna promised to build tennis courts as a gift to Mrs. Madonna. We've made good on that old promise and just finished a regulation and junior tennis court along with basketball court. To keep it unique for our guests and to stay consistent with our theme, we colored the courts pink! Sport Court had never made a pink court but were up to the challenge and did a wonderful job. Their professionalism and quality workmanship exceeded our expectations and left us very satisfied.” said Clint Pearce, President of Madonna Enterprises.

The Madonna family requested a
custom pigment that had to be matched perfectly.

"pink" known around the world,” said Scott Cleere, project
administrator and San Luis Obispo resident.
The Madonna Inn is widely
identified for its combination of thematic rooms, eccentric furniture and imaginative
atmosphere. The newest addition to the facilities is nothing short of “over the
top”.

PickUp USA Basketball Gym is a brand new club located in Irwindale , CA USA offers organized games
back-to-back, throughout the day, officiated by CBOA trained referees. Guests can by day passes and monthly
memberships with unlimited access to their world-class gyms and facilities.

Sport Court of Southern California was honored to provide
the playing surfaces for PickUp USA. The
members get to play on the Official Modular Surface of the NCAA. The immensity of this project included one
full regulation court, one parquet half-court like the Boston Celtics court
floor, and one street half-court. This
project also require four adjustable Sport Court Slam Systems and a scoreboard
to help keep up the official feel of the games.
PickUp USA
is the first adult co-ed basketball gym to offer the officiating and
organization of a league while allowing the players to come in whenever they
want. The manager, Jordan Meinster, has
been building up this company for the last nine years, and he was more than

What Is Futsal?
Futsal originated in Uruguay in 1930 after Juan Carlos
Ceriani, a physical education instructor, observed a small group of children
playing soccer on a basketball court. The
sport quickly gained popularity throughout South America . In the 1980s, it earned the status of FIFA’s official
form of indoor soccer.
Futsal is a smaller, faster version of indoor soccer played
on a hard-surfaced, basketball-sized court.
Unlike soccer, there are only five players per side on the court, and
the ball used is smaller, heavier, and low bounce. The rules of the game were borrowed from a
few different sports including water polo, handball, and basketball.
Futsal is very popular across South America and parts of
Europe and Asia . Although Futsal has been around for many
years, the sport’s popularity is just starting to break out in the United States . The 2012 FIFA Futsal World Cup will be held
in Thailand
and will consist of 24 teams from throughout the world.
Sport Court has been chosen as the official playing surface
for the United States Youth Futsal and United States Adult Futsal. In addition, Sport Court had also been selected by the
Asian Football Confederation to supply the surfaces for their futsal championship,
the largest futsal championship in the world.

Nestle Passback Tour 2011
Check out the latest photos from the Nestle Passback Tour 2011! The kids had a great time playing on the Sport Court game court!
Sport Court of Southern California was excited to be a part of this great tour! Hundreds of kids were able to play futsal on the Sport Court padded and safe surface- PowerGame.
PowerGame is a great surface for children to play on while learning new sports! It's low abrasion and padded surface are excellent for the beginner and the pro-athlete!
